The BRITE™ survey takes the pulse of your team's joint effectiveness. To use a metaphor of a sports team, ask: How well are we playing together? On the field, among the players, where are we in flow, in synch, and where are we not? BRITE provides us an easy and a very meaningful entry point to understanding the collective workings of it; what holds us back and what growth is key to unleash the fuller potential of the team.
PULSE™: At both the individual and collective levels, leaders who get on the path to development want to know how are they progressing against their developmental goals. This survey provides the score board. It answers the question: How am I/we doing overall, in-terms of making progress on what I/we wanted to get better at? By having this score board, it helps leaders see how they’re doing, to celebrate progress and provide the encouragement to keep moving forward, as well as course correct when needed.
We recommend three team assessments over a 6-12 month period. Each time, results are captured in a brief, clearly illustrated summary that teams and leaders can use to chart their progress and continue to solidify operating shifts and behaviors. When the current round is done, with illumined change actions put into practice, this is the perfect time to start anew.
