High-flying language can come across as theory, or "consultant speech". Both are then dismissed as something opposite to hands-on reality. Creative qualities are uplifting when being filled (say, over 50%), reflecting both genuine and potential capacity – and the promise of leadership growth work.
We've been certified for a decade in this the worlds leading leadership assessment approach. Scientifically, its validity is typically 0.1 above other established assessments, which is substantial. In other words, this approach is clearly better at measuring reality (say, 0.8 validity), over what is more assumed with lower values of validity (0.7).
