These 18 qualities measured there (a further nine constitute the Reactive Field). Creative qualities are uplifting when being filled (say, over 50%), reflecting both genuine and potential capacity – and the promise of leadership growth work.
Scientifically, the validity of our leadership assessment tool is typically 0.1 above other established assessments, which is a substantial difference. In other words, this approach is clearly better at measuring reality (at say, 0.8 validity), over what is more assumed with lower values of validity (0.7).
